ACU Pattern Clutch

My husband gave me some of his older ACU's to cut up and use for different bags. I decided to try and make a clutch with the left over materials. I used a multi-color for the inside and I think it turned out really nicely. I actually use it to hold my coupons! I have mixed feelings about the blue design I added to the edge but it's there to stay now =)

Up-Cycling my son's shirt

While cleaning out my son's closet I found a few shirts that looked like I could make them into something "new" for my daughter. I started with his t-shirt, cut and sewed it to make it into a tunic. I then added the flower for a feminine touch. I think it turned out pretty cute. It's hard to tell the size difference in the pictures but the shirt was a medium in boys and my daughter is only 7 months in this picture.

1st Messenger Bag

I have been trying to create a small stock pile of bags to start an Etsy account. I'm not sure If I have what it takes to begin selling them. I'm hoping to try and sell them at a craft fair first and see if there is a market for them. I hope my muse stays with me long enough to make some wonderful and original handbags.
